Omelet(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 eggs
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 chopped green onions
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, basil, salt, milk and sour cream.
    Add mushrooms, green onions and Cheddar cheese.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour mixture over butter.
    Keep overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, uncovered.
