Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
    2 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and toss lightly to blend well.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve on crisp lettuce, if desired.
    Makes 6 cups or 8 servings.
