Egg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken stock or consomme
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    green onions
Preparation
    Heat chicken stock or consomme to boiling.
    Dribble the egg, well stirred, gradually into the stock, stirring constantly.
    Add the soy sauce and salt (do not add salt if consomme is used).
    Add one thinly sliced green onion.
    This may be floated on the soup. Serves 2 or 3.
