Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pepper and barbecue sauce.
    Cover both sides of meat and let stand overnight in refrigerator, covered with foil.
    Add pepper. Cover with foil and cook 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
    The last hour, uncover and add barbecue sauce.
