Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    16 or 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells
Preparation
    Saute onion and ground beef until crumbly.
    Add spices; cool mixture in
    a bowl.
    Cook shells according to package directions. Mix Ricotta into ground beef mixture.
    Fill shells with ground beef mix and place in 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce and grated cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
