Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1 c. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Lightly
    brown
    chopped
    onion
    in
    shortening.
    Pour in cream of celery soup and other ingredients.
    Pour mixture into a 1 quart
    casserole.
    Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
