Picante Chicken With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) jar chunky style picante sauce
    4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
    7 medium green peppers, cut into rings
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shake flour in a Reynolds oven cooking bag.
    Add picante sauce in bag.
    Squeeze bag to blend the ingredients.
    Add chicken to bag; turn bag to coat chicken with sauce.
    Arrange chicken in an even layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place pepper rings over chicken.
    Close bag with tie; cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.
    Bake until chicken is tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
    To serve, stir sauce; spoon over chicken.
    Serves 4.
