Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown sirloin steak in butter.
    Add onion.
    Add flour, salt, paprika and mushrooms.
    Let simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer about 10 minutes.
    (This much may be done ahead and reheated later.)
    Add sour cream shortly before serving and heat through for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 generous servings. Serve on rice, noodles or Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice.
