Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup of dry mix.
Pat remaining mix lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice and 1 egg until smooth and light.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
