Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. milk
    1 pt. coffee cream
    1 bay leaf (discard when cooked)
    1 1/2 tsp. herb salt
    2 vegetable cubes
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, leaving a little crunchy.
    Make a roux with butter and flour.
    Add roux to milk, cream and bay leaf and cook until thick.
    Using half of the broccoli, whirl cooked mixture in blender after adding herb salt and vegetable cubes.
    Chop remainder of the broccoli and add to soup.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Sliced, stuffed olives can be used as a garnish. Float them on top with their little red eyes showing.
    Serves 4.
