Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
vanilla
Preparation

Cream together powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Set aside.
Place the other ingredients in saucepan.
Cook until thick. Place 2/3 cup of peanut butter mixture in bottom of pie shell. Spread filling on and sprinkle with rest of peanut butter mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0.
