Southern Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tomato, peeled and sliced
    pepper and paprika
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. raw rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Brown seasoned pork chops; put in a shallow baking dish. Dissolve cubes in water; pour over chops.
    Add rice, green pepper and onion.
    Put tomato on top just long enough to cook.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
