Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped hot peppers
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Bring to boil in stainless steel saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Can or eat fresh.
