Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Corned beef
Peppercorns
Garlic
Basil
Thyme
Nutmeg
Cloves
Bay Leaf
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Can of beer
Carrots
Potatoes
Cabbage
Preparation

Put the corned beef in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and add spices to taste.
Reduce to a strong simmer and add 1 tsp. Soy sauce, 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire, and a can of beer; mix well and cover.
Add carrots,
potatoes and cabbage wedges for the last hour of cooking.
