Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. drained sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, onion, parsley, pimento and lemon juice.
    Cover and chill for several hours. Serve with fish or seafood.
    Makes slightly more than two cups.
