Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn (undrained)
1 can whole corn (undrained)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick oleo, melted
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. jalapeno corn meal mix
1 small jar pimentos or bell pepper, finely chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients as listed.
Pour into large greased casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Should have a golden yellow top when done.
