Macaroni Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    In a heavy skillet, brown onion in oil.
    Add meat and cook until lightly browned.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni and cheese.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until celery and green pepper are tender.
    Stir in macaroni and cook 10 minutes longer.
    Garnish with cheese.
