Saucy Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen flounder fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter. Add onion and saute 1 minute. Lay thawed fish on top of onion. Cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes. Add seasonings and tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
