Marinated Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. green onion, sliced
    3/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 to 4 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place vegetables in a large bowl with tight-fitting cover. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
