Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    bread or crackers or cooked rice
Preparation
    Core peppers and boil until almost tender.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Stuff peppers.
    Line up in baking dish or pan.
    Pour 1/2 cup water in dish or pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour to one hour and a half.
