Chinese 24 Hour Vegetable Salad(Make 24 Hours Ahead) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Del Monte seasoned green beans (French)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped (tuna size)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix white vinegar, wine vinegar, sugar, Wesson oil, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables.
Mix real good and put in icebox for 24 hours.
Good with vegetables, meat or sandwiches.
This recipe makes a lot and will keep a long time.
This is good to take to a church dinner.
