Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. soda (baking)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. chopped onion
1 3/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls in deep fry.
Cook until brown.
Drain.
