Hot Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) chuck roast
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. red cooking wine
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 dashes of Tabasco
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Salt and pepper beef roast; put in large roaster.
    Pour sauce over roast and put a foil tent over it.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 6 hours.
    After a few hours, turn roast around.
    Spoon grease off top of juice.
    After 5 to 5 1/2 hours, take two forks and pull meat apart.
    Serve on buns.
