Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger
    1 large box Velveeta cheese
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 small onions, diced
    1 small can mushrooms
    sliced olives (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onions and drain off grease.
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot and put on high to melt cheese.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with nacho chips.
    Recipe may be cut in half.
