Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vermouth
dash of garlic salt
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
dash of Accent
Preparation

Remove meat from bones and cube in 2-inch squares.
Saute chicken cubes in 3 tablespoons butter until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Deglaze pan with vermouth.
Mix cornstarch, broth and tarragon. Add to pan drippings.
Cook, stirring, until thickened and clear.
Add lemon, remaining butter, garlic powder, dash of salt, white and black pepper.
Return chicken to pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
