Microwave Potato, Tomato And Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic, thyme and 1 tablespoon oil in a 2-quart shallow dish, covered, on High for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
    Meanwhile, peel potatoes and slice.
    Stir potatoes, tomatoes, pepper and salt into onions.
