Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

6 potatoes
1 pkg. light cream
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes (early in the day) in their jackets.
Cool; peel; dice.
Put in nonstick pan or frypan; add light cream and Swiss cheese in pieces and heat on stove until cheese melts; mix throughly.
Put in buttered 2-quart casserole; let set 2 hours. Sprinkle on buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake in oven 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
