Craig'S Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 double chicken breasts
    olive oil
    flour
    salt and pepper
    6 to 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 jar artichoke hearts (marinated is best)
    1 pkg. Knorr Bearnaise sauce (will need butter and milk)
Preparation
    Prepare sauce mix and leave on back of stove.
    Dip breasts lightly in flour with salt and pepper to taste and brown on both sides in frying pan using 1/4-inch of olive oil.
    Do not cook chicken through, just lightly brown 1 minute each side.
    Leave oil in pan.
