Jalapeno Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Place onion and oil in a 1 1/2-quart dish.
Cover; microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High (to make onions tender).
Stir in rest of the ingredients.
Reduce temperature to Medium; cook 3 to 6 minutes.
Stir every 2 minutes.
Serve with taco chips.
