Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
3 medium apples (1 lb.)
6 egg whites
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Preheat a 350\u00b0
oven.
Coat angel food cake pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Set aside.
