Tabuli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 1/2 c. tabuli
    3 ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    5 green onions
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak tabuli (bulgur wheat) in oil and lemon juice while cutting up the vegetables.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together with the wheat mixture.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    It gets better as time goes on.
