Frozen Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas, mashed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    Lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except lettuce; stir well and pour into a 9 inch square pan. Freeze until firm; cut into squares, and serve on lettuce.
    Yield: 9 servings.
