Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. strawberries (4 baskets)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Wash and hull 8 cups strawberries.
    In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree strawberries and sugar. Place strawberry mixture in a large bowl and stir in Marsala wine and lemon juice.
    Stir gelatine into hot water until dissolved. Stir into strawberry mixture.
    Whip 1 1/2 cups cream to medium thick.
    Fold into strawberry mixture.
    Pour mousse into a large glass bowl or spoon into individual dishes.
    Refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
    Serves 10 to 12.
