Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (depending on taste)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small stalk celery, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and make into cakes.
    Brown in frying pan with as little shortening as possible.
    Brown on one side, then turn to brown other side.
