Foil Dinners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 c. liquid)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 skinned chicken breast halves
    4 carrots, peeled and sliced
    several new potatoes
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine juice, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, bouillon and ginger; mix well.
    You now need 4 large squares of heavy aluminum foil; spray them with Pam.
    On each square, place 1 piece of chicken.
    Divide pineapple and veggies equal; add with chicken, then divide the sauce over all.
    Fold and seal aluminum very tight.
    Place on hot coals.
    Watch closely; turn as needed. Should cook about 1 hour.
    Or, place on baking sheet in hot oven at 400\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
