Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients like potatoes.
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake holder.
Fill each liner about 2/3 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
This is very pretty to do on the 4th of July.
