Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can blueberries
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries; beat 20 to 30 seconds, leaving some lumps.
    Rinse blueberries; drain and lightly flour.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Bake in paper-lined muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 2 dozen.
