No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, washed and uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. water
3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
butter
Preparation
-
Grease pan with butter.
Spread rice on bottom.
Spoon mushroom soup over top.
Lay chicken pieces on top and add water. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Seal tightly with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes (no peeking).
