Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. popped corn
2 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
pinch of cream of tartar
pinch of soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cook margarine, sugar and syrup 5 minutes.
Add soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.
Pour over corn and bake in oven at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Bake in 2 roaster pans.
Stir occasionally.
