Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. sliced apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust; refrigerate until ready to use.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add sugar, sour cream, flour, salt and vanilla.
    Add apples; mix until blended.
    Put into crust. Bake for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
    Mix other ingredients; sprinkle over pie.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes.
