Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

red potatoes, cleaned, peeled and cubed
bacon grease
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat in saucepan to melt, enough bacon grease to coat cubed potatoes.
Put potato cubes in a large bowl.
Pour enough warm (not hot) bacon grease over potato cubes to coat.
With a slotted spoon or strainer, put potatoes on sprayed baking sheet, letting extra grease drip off.
Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until done.
Once in a while, stir potatoes around to brown on all sides.
