Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/3 c. shortening
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening until mealy.
    Start adding buttermilk, a little at a time, until well blended.
    Pour dough onto a piece of wax paper sprinkled with flour.
    Knead dough; roll out or flatten with hands.
    Cut out biscuits and bake in a 425\u00b0 until brown.
