Captain'S Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can undiluted frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. orange bitters
3 c. rum
1 1/2 qt. carbonated water
lemon slices and orange slices
Preparation

Combine lemonade and orange juice concentrates, sugar, bitters and rum.
Mix well.
Place a large block of ice in large punch bowl.
Pour punch mixture over ice.
Add carbonated water.
Stir well.
Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
Makes about 24 (4 ounce) servings.
