Hominy Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hominy
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pour hominy into salted boiling water; stir until it boils. Simmer heat for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring often.
    When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons butter.
