Cabbage With Carrots And Green Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 medium size cabbage, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in nonstick frying pan.
    Add onions, carrots, garlic and dry mustard.
    Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add cabbage and vinegar.
    Mix with vegetables in pan.
    Cover and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Serve warm.
