Salsa Blanca(White Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    20 drops lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix cornstarch and flour.
    Add milk little by little, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add lemon, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Put in a double boiler to keep warm if you are not going to use immediately.
