Stove Top Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes of your choice (baking or all-purpose)
    1/2 stick margarine
    Nature's Seasons (seasoned salt)
Preparation
    Wash either baking or all-purpose potatoes, leaving skins on. Cut in half longways.
    Heat a covered, heavy skillet.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine.
    May add more margarine depending on how many potatoes you are making.
    Turn heat to low. Add potatoes, cut side down.
    I sprinkle seasoning blend (Nature's Seasons) on cut side of potato.
    Cover.
    Make sure heat is on low.
    Cook for 30 minutes or longer.
