Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. salt
    7 c. Granny Smith apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix
    dry
    ingredients
    and
    spices
    in\tbowl. Toss with apples.
    Preheat
    oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spoon apples and mixture into your
    favorite
    pie
    crust.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with margarine.
    Place crust lid on top with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake in oven about 425\u00b0 until it is done (light brown).
