Supper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can red salmon
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put ingredients in a bowl; mix lightly.
    Chill and serve on lettuce.
