Tecky'S Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    14 oz. tuna (drained)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. croutons
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles, drain and return to pan.
    Stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, onion, 1/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with croutons.
    Put about 5 or 6 dabs of butter around the top of the croutons.
    Completely cover croutons with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
